What is Pre-Fixed Fare?
Pre-Fixed Fare allows you to see the definitive fare and route before finalizing your order. The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport, and Tourism issued a notification announcing that the Pre-Fixed fare service will start on October 1st, 2019. How to call a taxi which offers a Pre-Fixed Fare
- Taxi companies which offer a Pre-Fixed Fare area available in the area.
- At least one credit card is registered in Online Payment.
- If you have confirmed these two points, you can make a reservation.
After that, you will follow the next 4 steps:
1. Tap "Pre-Fixed Fare" on the left of the screen.
2. Read and agree to the terms and conditions.
A blue check mark will appear when you read and tap each condition. If you tap all the conditions except "Don't show me this dialog again," you can now tap "I agree."
３. Select your preferred route.
When you tap "I agree," the map will appear again and "Pre-Fixed Fare" is selected. You can select your preferred route if you tap "Route selection" on the upper left of the screen. Please note that the fare will vary between routes.
４. Confirm the details and make an order
After confirming the settings about Pre-Fixed Fare, including payment methods and coupons, tap "Call Taxi Now."
- Coverage is being gradually expanded.
- If the area is not covered by any companies, Pre-Fixed Fare cannot be selected.
You can select Online Payment only. We would like you to note that payment in a taxi cannot be accepted.

After Online Payment is completed, a receipt will be sent to your registered email address. We would like you to note that the driver does not give you one. You can see the details here.
Pre-Fixed Fare cannot be applied if the route you had selected in advance was not taken. If you would like to change the route, you will have to pay the whole Pre-Fixed Fare, plus the ordinary fare for a ride between the point you expressed your preference and the new destination. Then you will have two different receipts, one for the Pre-Fixed Fare and the other for the ordinary ride.
